Marketing that performs and
customer experiences that make sense.
I'm Alicia Boknevitz, a marketing and digital strategy leader. I set the strategy, build the capability to deliver it, and put AI to work in the day-to-day.
Where I can help
I can lead the work, contribute independently, or work alongside your team, depending on what will move the work forward.
-
When a leadership seat is empty or a function needs building, I run it and hand over something that works.
-
I shape digital and marketing programs around what customers need and what the business can realistically deliver. That can mean rethinking a campaign, a customer journey, a team, or the way the work gets done.
-
AI assistants are now one more place customers discover and evaluate brands, so I assess how you show up in their answers and build what earns a place there.
-
I bring AI into the daily work where it saves real time on repeatable tasks, with judgment and quality kept in the loop.
For private equity operating partners
I've built an agency marketing practice from a small service line into a global team, with the offerings and delivery systems behind it. That experience could support a capability assessment before a deal or the improvement plan after one.
How I work
I make complex things clear.
I ask the questions that get to the real problem, then explain the answer so people can act on it.
I set direction and I do the work, from the brief to the details of delivery.
I stay close to the work.
I care about the feeling and the evidence.
Creative work should move people and produce results we can measure.
I know what it takes to work across borders.
I've led work across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, doing the homework on cultural context and local requirements.
I turn improvements into ways of working.

It started with hard-coding HTML boy band websites in middle school. It didn't win me many cool points, but it turned out to be solid career preparation.
That early obsession (with digital, not boy bands) became a career spanning UX, customer experience, digital strategy, marketing, and emerging technology. Today the work increasingly includes AI, and the goal hasn't changed: take something complicated, figure out what matters and make it better.
